Based in Geneva, their first record came out in 98. Since then, other releases kept coming, first getting the attention of the electronic, experimental and IDM underground crowd. But it’s with the huge success of their LP « Arkle Parkle Avenue » in 2005 that sinner dc got to be known world wide and that they imposed their electro style on the European scene.

sinner dc added to their discography several opuses in 2004 and 2005 and some of their tracks appear next to artists like Radioactiveman, Cinematic Orchestra, Henrik Schwarz, Ewan Pearson, GusGus, Burnt Friedmann, Roxy Music, Boards of Canada, Murcof,Closer Musik, UNKLE, Lindstrom, Carl Craig ,Tricky … on the prestigious CD compilation «Afterhours» released by the English label "Global Underground "

After having joined the London reference label « Ai Records », sinner dc released in 2006 «Mount Age», a record described as «an incredible extemporal electronic odyssey» . This album has been praised by international critics and has been stated by «Libération» as the electronic record of 2006.

In 2007 followed a remix ep « montage » with the exceptional participation of Sonic Boom (Spacemen 3/EAR/Spectrum). Some of the tracks are playlisted by Miss Kittin and Nathan Fake.

Sinner dc DJ sets can be described as variable geometry constructions elaborated by talented musicians sharing their passion. They like starting off with some electronic ambient and krautrock, building up the mud according to the place and time, evolving towards more rhythmic and dancefloor sounds.

Their playlist gather Cluster and Misc., Robert Babicz, Colder, Repeat Repeat and Fairmont, with Suicide, Cubenx ,Mikkel Metal with David Bowie. Only top selected fine music !

sinner dc has already performed hundred of gigs throughout Europe, playing along with artists like de Black Strobe, Vitalic, Sigur Ros, Black Dice, !!! (Chk Chk Chk), Dj Krush, Archive, Barbara Morgenstern, Water Lilly, Radian, Para One, Komputer, T.Raumschmiere, Mu, Pinback, M83, Piano Magic, Spectrum (Sonic Boom) and many others.
