Can I accept walk-in bookings alongside online bookings?
Yes. Walk-in bookings can be created in the booking app without requiring customer details if you prefer. For online bookings, you can decide whether to accept all customers or limit bookings to existing ones.
Can I use Finebooking for both in-person and online services?
Absolutely! Use Finebooking to schedule in-person services at a physical location, like a salon or gym, or offer online services such as coaching, consulting, or tutoring.
Do clients receive confirmation emails or SMS after booking?
You can customize notifications for each service to match your needs. We offer four notification types: Booking confirmed, Booking canceled, Booking request received, and Booking request rejected.
Additionally, you can schedule up to five reminders before the booking starts. Clients can receive both SMS and email notifications, while team members receive email notifications.
Do I need to commit to a long-term subscription, or can I cancel anytime?
No, there’s no long-term commitment. We offer flexible monthly plans, allowing you to decide each month whether to continue with your current plan or cancel anytime.
