Is there a free trial available?
Yes. Every new customer gets a 14‑day free trial of the Business or Pro plan, and can cancel anytime during the trial.
Can I accept walk‑in bookings alongside online bookings?
Yes. Walk‑in bookings can be created in the admin app without customer details if you prefer.
Can I use Finebooking for both in‑person and online services?
Absolutely – a salon or gym at a physical location, or coaching, consulting and tutoring online.
Do clients receive confirmation emails or SMS after booking?
Yes, configurable per service: four notification types and up to five reminders, by email or SMS.
Do I need to commit to a long‑term subscription?
No. Plans are monthly; continue or cancel any month.
